Our company alert this week is regarding B Inspire D Homes Ltd, a building development company with a registered office in Hayes, London. This company had owed our client £99,142.76 plus interest (the Debt) and costs. On 9th August 2023, our client assigned the debt to Insolvency & Law Ltd. We are utterly committed to recovering these funds.
Not being able to pay your debts when they fall due, satisfies the definition of being insolvent. Nonetheless B Inspire D Homes Ltd is still trading. Furthermore, we can report that in the last 6 years, they have had 3 satisfied CCJ(s) at a cost of £29,436, and 1 unsatisfied CCJ(s) at a cost of £8,333. They are also currently balance sheet insolvent to the tune of (£218,656) as of YE 31.03.2023. All further indicators of insolvency.
Directors Under Scrutiny: B Inspire D Homes Ltd Struggles Since 2019
The Directors, Jeyaruban THURAIRAJAH, Deepak Premji PARBAT and Tharmalingam PRABAHARAN with Jeyaruban Thurairajak as the ultimate shareholder of the parent company, have had a negative net worth in their company accounts since incorporating the company in 2019. A Breach of Contract matter listed in court in October 2022 has seen them defending themselves against HWG Properties Ltd. Perhaps this is also financially related.
The company owns property in Windmill Road, Brentford, that could be sold to service it’s debts, if the company chose to do so.
