DEBT ALERT:  CCL Mediacity Ltd (previously known as Missouri Avenue (Manchester) Limited– Insolvent and Still Trading

Our company alert this week is regarding CCL Mediacity Ltd (previously known as Missouri Avenue
(Manchester) Limited) with a registered office in Manchester. This company is a building
development company and is part of the wider group of companies under the “Beech” brand.  CCL
Mediacity Ltd had owed our client £124,615.00 plus interest (the Debt) and costs. On 12th November
2024 our client assigned both of the debts to Insolvency & Law Ltd. We are committed to
recovering these funds.

Not being able to pay your debts when they fall due, satisfies the definition of being insolvent, but
nonetheless CCL Mediacity Ltd is still trading.  Furthermore, we can report that the company has
filed accounts showing it is balance sheet insolvent for the past 3 years – this has increased year on
year and this year the company is balance insolvent for (£1,682,191).

CCL Mediacity Ltd

CCL Mediacity Ltd owns the freehold title to Constance House, 5 Missouri Avenue, Salford (M50 2NP
which could be sold to satisfy its debts. This property was due to be developed out into apartments
but our client has not completed on their apartment and a termination agreement was arranged and
subsequently defaulted on. It seems bad reviews follow the connected companies with a worrying
reading of TrustPilot reviews for Beech Holdings.

Stephen Beech, the Director and shareholder is no stranger to disgruntled clients, many of whom
have tried to contact him or his colleague Joseph Swartz for updates on defaulted Loan Notes or
property purchases, to no satisfactory conclusion. Many not even receiving a response at all.
In the meantime, as CCL Mediacity Ltd is evidentially insolvent, Insolvency & Law intends to litigate
these debts – either by a County Court action or via insolvency proceedings i.e. a petition to wind up
the companies.  If this company owes you money, please make contact to Insolvency & Law
immediately via investigations@insolvencyandlaw.co.uk.
